Accounts & Data

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy applies to the VPNLD marketing website and user panel. It explains how data is used and handled in the subscription service. Third-party payment platforms and international websites users visit are governed by their own privacy policies.

Account Details & Order Records

No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. The username provided at signup identifies the account, and the password is used for authentication—not for customer support verification. VPNLD does not require an email address to activate the service. If a user voluntarily provides contact details in a support ticket, they are used only to handle that request.

Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status, transaction identifier, and refund status. They are used to confirm subscription entitlements, reconcile accounts, and handle disputes. The account also stores subscription status and data usage to enforce plan rules. Data usage is a billing summary and does not include the websites a user visits.

No-Logs Practices & Diagnostic Limits

VPNLD follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit or retain visited URLs, browsing content, or DNS query history. It does not create connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity. Network acceleration connection logs are not retained persistently.

Temporary session state needed to maintain a connection is used only while the service is running and is released when the connection ends; it is not converted into browsing history. Account logins, orders, and support tickets are service administration data and are outside the no-logs scope described above. If troubleshooting requires error details from a user, only the necessary information should be provided. Do not submit passwords, full subscription links, or browsing history. Quantum encryption protects connections but does not replace the user's responsibility to safeguard account credentials.

Website Analytics

Analytics on the marketing website help VPNLD understand page usage, referral sources, and link clicks, identify broken entry points, and improve user flows. Data collected may include pages visited on this website, referring pages, visit times, browser and device categories, and on-page interaction events.

Analytics requests may include IP addresses and other network metadata. This data should be minimized during analytics processing and is not used to build cross-site browsing profiles of subscribers. Website analytics are processed separately from network acceleration traffic and cannot reveal which websites a user accesses over international routes. Users can restrict related storage and analytics requests through their browser privacy settings.

Cookies & Local Storage

Cookies and browser local storage are used to maintain essential sessions, remember language preferences, and preserve panel login status. Login credentials are sensitive and should be stored only on trusted devices. Clearing site data may require users to log in again and reselect their preferences.

Users can view, restrict, or delete this website's cookies and local storage in their browser settings. Restricting essential storage may affect login and panel functions. Logging out and clearing browser data do not delete a server-side account. After using a shared device, users should log out of the panel and clear the related site data.

Third-Party Payments & Required Disclosures

Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payment authorization or transfers are handled by the relevant third-party platform, wallet, or network. VPNLD confirms orders based on transaction results and does not ask users to provide payment account passwords to the service. Third parties may process payer details and transaction information under their own rules.

When processing payments, refunds, or disputes, only necessary order and transaction details are shared with the relevant processors. USDT transfer records may be public on the corresponding network; deleting an account does not remove such public records. If disclosure is required by law, it is limited to applicable requirements and data actually held by the service.

Data Retention, Deletion & Policy Updates

Account details are retained while subscription services are provided. Order records are kept for as long as needed for reconciliation, refunds, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. Support tickets and analytics are kept only for their respective purposes, then deleted or de-identified. This policy does not set a single fixed retention period; specific periods depend on the purpose of the data and applicable requirements.

Users can log in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data. VPNLD verifies account ownership before handling a request and explains any data that must be retained by law or due to unresolved matters. Deleting an account may make subscriptions and historical records inaccessible, so please resolve any open orders first.

Policy changes are published on this page, and the month at the top is updated. Important changes to data use or processing scope are explained through an in-service notice. See the Terms of Service for service rules. For privacy questions, use the ticket process through the Customer Support page.
