Before You Submit
Ticket Details and Issue Description
Use the issue as the title, such as “Subscription renewal failed” or “Connected, but websites won't load.” In the message, describe what you expected, what happened, and what you have already tried. If an error appeared, include its exact wording rather than simply saying “it doesn't work.”
Connection and Subscription Issues
- Your device platform and client name, including which of Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux you are using.
- When the issue occurred, your network environment, region and route type, and whether the issue is recurring.
- What happened: unable to connect, unable to access sites after connecting, subscription import failed, or an issue affecting only one app.
- What you have tried and the results—for example, updating the subscription, switching routes, or trying another network.
Billing, Payment, and Refund Issues
Describe your question and the relevant order, and include the order record or error message. Payments are supported via Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. If you attach a payment screenshot, include only what is needed for verification and redact unrelated personal information.
This service offers 7-day no-questions-asked refunds. Submit refund questions through a support ticket; see the Terms of Service for details. Monthly subscription traffic resets monthly on the activation date; upgrade price differences are prorated for the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire.
Do not include your account password, full subscription link, or access credentials in your issue description or screenshots. A subscription link is an account credential: redact it before submitting, and do not send it to contact accounts that have not been confirmed by this site.
How to Add Information After Submitting
Add screenshots, reproduction steps, and follow-up details for the same issue to the original ticket. If a new symptom appears, explain how it differs from the earlier issue. This keeps the full context together and reduces repeated checks.
