Choose a region based on the service you want to access, then compare routes there. The table below shows examples; check the user dashboard and your updated client subscription for current options.
| Country / Region | City / Region | Route type | Streaming access |
|---|---|---|---|
| Singapore | Singapore | Relay route | Availability depends on the client |
| United States | Los Angeles | Direct route | Availability depends on the client |
| Hong Kong | Hong Kong | IEPL private line | Availability depends on the client |
| Japan | Tokyo | IEPL private line | Availability depends on the client |
| Australia | Sydney | Relay route | Availability depends on the client |
| Canada | Toronto | Direct route | Availability depends on the client |
The exit region determines the network location websites see, but a closer location isn't always faster. Results depend on your local connection, the cross-border path, and the destination site's response. For everyday browsing, compare Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Singapore. For services with regional requirements, check their supported regions first, then choose a route in a supported location.
Keep the device, network, and destination the same when comparing routes. Check whether pages load fully, logins stay active, and video plays without repeated buffering. A lit connection button isn't enough, and one brief speed test doesn't establish long-term performance. Route status is a guide; your actual experience is what matters.
IEPL private lines, relay routes, and direct routes describe different ways of organizing a connection path. An IEPL private line is worth comparing when connection continuity matters; a relay route uses intermediate nodes to organize the path; a direct route provides a point of comparison for deciding which path suits your current network. Route labels don't guarantee a fixed speed or access.
If a page doesn't load fully, try another route in the same region first. Avoid changing both the exit region and account environment at once. If the same destination behaves differently across route types, you can narrow down the cause. Streaming catalogs, account eligibility, and exit-location detection are controlled by the platform; the route list makes no availability guarantees on its behalf.
Import your subscription / Manage your account and client separately
No email required; create an account with a username and password. Once in the user dashboard, check your account and plan, then get the client and subscription for your platform. Choose routes in the client; check your account, data usage, and support tickets in the dashboard.
Before importing, make sure you're using the subscription for your current account. After importing, update the route list, choose a region, and connect. When switching devices, follow the same account subscription process; there's no need to enter routes one by one. The window on the right is a walkthrough mockup; its sample link won't connect.
Your subscription link is an account credential. Don't post the full link in public discussions or screenshots. If you need help, describe your platform, the client message, and the steps that failed in a support ticket. See the user guide for step-by-step import and verification instructions.

Compare paths and connection continuity using the same destination.
Expand for details +When performance dips during peak hours, consider your local network, route path, and destination service together. VPNLD offers routes across different regions and types, so you can compare IEPL private lines, relay routes, and direct routes under the same conditions. Keep the destination website and exit region fixed, then check page loading, video buffering, and session continuity before trying another route type. Pause background downloads during testing so device activity isn't mistaken for a route issue. Judge stability by your actual connection, not a single status display.
Protect your connection and keep credentials secure.
Expand for details +VPNLD describes its security feature as quantum encryption. Keep your account password and subscription link secure as well: the password gets you into the user dashboard, while the link lets your client load routes. Don't post the subscription URL in public groups or include full credentials in support screenshots. On public networks, verify your connection status and website address. If you see a certificate warning, stop before entering sensitive information. Network acceleration doesn't replace the destination website's account security; connection protection and account security work together.
Manage subscriptions for different platforms with one account.
Expand for details +VPNLD supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with unlimited devices connected at once. Import the client separately on desktop and mobile devices, then choose routes for each use case. Device limits and plan data are separate: unlimited devices doesn't mean unlimited data. When multiple devices share an account subscription, use your account's data records to manage usage. With several devices, check background sync and video playback separately to identify where data is going. After importing on a new device, verify the connection; there's no need to reconfigure existing devices.
Check supported regions first, then keep your exit location consistent.
Expand for details +Before using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, check the service's regional and account requirements, then choose an appropriate exit location. Keep the region consistent during login and longer conversations to reduce session changes caused by frequent switching. If the page loads but requests fail, check the site's message, account status, and client routing separately rather than blaming every issue on the route. VPNLD offers international routes; the platform sets its own rules for accounts and requests. See the AI acceleration guide for scenarios and troubleshooting steps.
Separate content region, playback eligibility, and route performance.
Expand for details +Streaming access depends on the exit region, content rights, account plan, and device playback capabilities. Choose the region you need, then check whether playback is smooth. Lower picture quality isn't always caused by the route; platform quality settings, device decoding, or local network activity may also be factors. Compare routes using the same title and device, and allow time for buffering to recover. VPNLD doesn't equate regional coverage with guaranteed content access. Check the platform's current response for Netflix and other services' catalog availability and playback eligibility.
Check the plan details, then test your usual use cases.
Expand for details +VPNLD offers 7-day, no-questions-asked refunds. After getting started, test your usual websites, work tools, and client behavior on your everyday network rather than checking only whether you can connect. Keep your order details in your account. If something isn't working, describe the situation in a support ticket; see the Terms of Service for refund eligibility and application rules. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported payment methods. Before choosing a plan, distinguish monthly subscriptions from data packages and check how each resets and fits your usage. Don't treat their billing models as interchangeable.
Get clients / User dashboard
Sign in to get your subscription from the user dashboard. Each link below opens the dashboard's download area; follow the prompts for your account and platform.
For desktop browsing and work tools. Check your system connection after importing.
Get clientImport your subscription as prompted in the dashboard, and check that network access is allowed.
Get clientUse the entry for your platform. After switching networks, test your usual apps again.
Get clientAfter importing, allow connection access and check background activity and battery settings.
Get clientFollow the user guide to check proxy settings, distinguishing browser behavior from app behavior.
Get clientA connected status in the client confirms only that the connection step is complete. Open a familiar website, then test any tool session you need to keep active. If your browser works but an app doesn't, check whether the app follows the system proxy and whether the client's routing rules cover its requests. Don't run multiple clients that take over network traffic at once, as their settings may conflict.
When the route list changes, use the client's subscription update feature first. When switching devices, import again for the new platform. If an update fails, check your account and current subscription in the dashboard instead of repeatedly copying an address from an old screenshot. When asking for help, include the steps you took and the error message, but hide your password and full link so support can tell whether the issue is with the dashboard, import, or connection.
Plans / Choose by data needs
Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Every tier allows unlimited devices online; choose mainly by how much data you need for everyday use.
¥9.9 / month
For browsing, messaging, and light use of online tools. Includes 60GB, refreshed monthly on your activation date.
¥18 / month
For a mix of work tools and streaming. Includes 250GB; check your dashboard usage to see what's left.
¥28 / month
For multiple devices, frequent video streaming, and file transfers. Includes 500GB; keep an eye on total account usage.
¥158 / 300GB · ¥358 / 1000GB · ¥658 / 3000GB
Data packages suit irregular usage when you'd rather track access by total data used. Unlike monthly plans, they don't reset each month, so don't apply monthly plan reset rules to a data package. Check the full plans page and user dashboard for available tiers, account details, and usage rules.
Text browsing, AI chats, video playback, and file sync use different amounts of data, so device count alone isn't enough to estimate your needs. Start by listing your usual tasks, then check actual account usage and decide whether to change tiers. Video quality changes, app updates in the background, and cloud sync can all affect usage. Checking these factors separately gives you a better basis for choosing than simply picking a larger tier.
VPNLD lists data allowances, reset schedules, device limits, and route coverage separately. Unlimited devices refers to the device limit, not unlimited data; regional coverage describes available routes, not eligibility on a destination website. Payments are supported via Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT, with 7-day, no-questions-asked refunds. Compare services using these specific details rather than vague speed claims.
FAQs / Before you get started
Check account requirements, data options, and connection steps first. For detailed troubleshooting, see the troubleshooting page.
No email required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your credentials secure, use a unique password, and don't reuse passwords from other websites. After creating your account, find your plan, subscription, and support tickets in the user dashboard. Get the subscription needed for client setup there, not from a public page.
Your account password and subscription link serve different purposes, but both should be treated as credentials. When contacting support, describe the steps and messages you see; don't include your password or full subscription URL in screenshots.
There is no device limit for simultaneous connections. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Import the subscription on each platform, then choose a route. Devices can use different exits, but access is still subject to the destination service's regional and account rules.
The device limit and plan data allowance are separate. When using multiple devices, keep an eye on total account data and check background sync, video playback, and file transfers. If usage changes significantly, check for changes in your tasks before considering a different tier.
Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. Data packages can be used until depleted and never expire. Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days.
Start by distinguishing the billing models. If you use the service regularly and want a monthly allowance, compare monthly plans; if your usage is irregular, consider a data package. Check resets and remaining data in your user dashboard instead of estimating from calendar months.
First determine whether all websites are affected or just one. If none work, check your local network and the client's proxy status. If only one site fails, check its message, your exit region, and routing rules. Keep other conditions unchanged and try another route in the same region to narrow down the issue.
Avoid repeatedly clearing settings or switching regions in quick succession. Note the platform, network, steps that failed, and error message, then follow the matching steps on the troubleshooting page. If the issue persists, submit a support ticket through the user dashboard and hide your credentials in screenshots.
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported, with 7-day, no-questions-asked refunds. Choose a plan and pay in the user dashboard. See the Terms of Service for refund eligibility and application rules, and check order details in your account.
After getting started, test your usual tools, everyday network, and devices. If you need help, keep your order details and describe the issue or refund request in a support ticket. Don't share payment credentials or your account password in public discussions.
